Refund policy
We want you to feel confident in your DELA RUCHE purchase. If something is not right with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Returns
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, skincare products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
To request a return, please contact us at help@delaruche.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@delaruche.com with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.
If the issue is verified, we will replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved by DELA RUCHE.
Final Sale Items
Opened, used, or altered skincare products are final sale and cannot be returned.
Gift cards, promotional items, samples, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@delaruche.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has begun processing or has shipped.
