Order Processing

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. DELA RUCHE is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but not received.

If your package appears lost or delayed, contact us at help@delaruche.com and we will help review the issue. You may also need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged Items
